Shipping

We ship within NZ via tracked courier.  We will aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours.

Some large and fragile items are not available to be shipped under our standard shipping terms, they must be collected from our store at 96 Market Street, Blenheim.  This will be noted in the product description. If you would like us to obtain a shipping quote for you, please contact our store directly.

Estimated delivery is within 1- 3 business days, but please allow extra time as our courier services often experience delivery delays. 

You will be provided with a tracking number so you can track the delivery of your purchase. If your item is not available we will contact you with an alternative option or offer you a refund.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Rural delivery will incur an extra charge of $5.00 on top of standard shipping rates.  If your item is to be sent to a rural delivery address please select this option at checkout so we use the correct ticketing on your package.
