Pricing & Availability
Are you based in New Zealand?
Yes, we operate from a retail store at 96 Market Street in Blenheim, New Zealand. All orders are shipped from our store.
We share our online shop with our bricks and mortar store in Blenheim so there is the possibility that a product listed on our website may be sold in the shop before our system updates our website inventory. If this occurrs we will contact you immediately to offer a solution.
How does your pricing work?
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars, and are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of GST.
Shipping & Returns
How much is shipping?
We ship within NZ via tracked courier. Our standard shipping rate is $13. We offer free shipping for orders over $150.
Rural delivery will incur an extra charge of $5.00 on top of standard shipping rates.
Some larger items cannot be shipped via standard courier delivery and are available for instore purchase only. In some instances we can arrange a shipping quote for these items so please contact us and we may be able to help.

What is your return policy?
We accept exchanges and returns of online purchases within 14 days of the purchase date as long as items are in original unused condition with all packaging and tags still intact.
Sale items, Earrings and Gift Vouchers are non returnable.
We will not refund items bought instore because you have changed your mind. In some instances we may be able to offer a store credit.
We want your giftee to be happy with their gift so we do offer a 14 day gift exchange service for instore purchases or alternatively a store credit.

Can I exchange an item
Yes of course! We want to keep things as simple as possible. We are happy to exhange your item within 14 days of purchase.
Cerise does not cover return courier costs for returns or exchanges.
Alternatively, pop into our shop at 96 Market Street, Blenheim and we will get you organised.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours via tracked courier. Delivery generally takes 1 - 3 business days, allow extra time for rural delivery.
If you would like Signature Required delivery, please let us know in the customer notes at the time of ordering.
Gift Wrapping
Is there a charge for gift wrapping
There is no extra cost, giftwrapping is complimentary and we will even include a handwritten card with your messge.

Gift Vouchers
Can I use a gift voucher both instore and online?
Yes of course you can, your voucher is valid for use both in our shop at 96 Market Street, Blenheim and on our cerise.nz website.
Gift Vouchers ordered online will be automatically emailed to the specified recipient or purchaser depending on your preference. A physical Gift Voucher will not be issued.
Gift Vouchers purchased instore can be issued via email, text, and or physical voucher.
To redeem your gift voucher you will simply need to enter your unique code when checking out either online or instore.
What happens if I dont spend all my gift voucher or store credit in one go.
No problem, your voucher code will remain valid until you have used the balance up.
Does my Gift Voucher expire
Gift vouchers remain valid for up to 3 years. Store credits have no expiry date.
